These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between 747live (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual (hereinafter "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any product, service, game, or feature available through the 747live website and associated mobile interfaces at 747live.casa (collectively, "the Service").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, bet, or stake, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

These Terms are supplemented by additional policies including, but not limited to, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a supplementary policy, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account on 747live, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. 747live strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all casino and sports betting activities. This requirement is in accordance with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards applicable to casino-style gaming.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
3. You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your jurisdiction permits online gambling and to comply with all applicable local laws.
4. You must not currently be subject to self-exclusion on 747live or any other platform pursuant to a voluntary or court-imposed exclusion order.
5. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.
6. You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of 747live or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such an individual.

When creating an Account on 747live, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and Malaysian mobile telephone number where applicable.

You are permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform at any time. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. 747live reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances or winnings associated therewith.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share, transfer, or sell access to your Account to any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you immediately notify 747live support of any unauthorised access.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal request, 747live requires full KYC verification. You will be required to submit a clear copy of a valid Malaysian NRIC (MyKad), Passport or Driver's Licence, and a proof of address document (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months). Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 747live grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational entertainment purposes only.

You agree that your use of the Platform shall at all times comply with the following conditions:

• You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of any third party.
• You will not use any automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or other programmatic tools to interact with the Platform or gain any unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of any component of the Platform.
• You will not engage in any activity that disrupts, degrades, or overburdens the Platform's servers, infrastructure, or services.
• You will not use the Platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or facilitate any other illegal financial activity.
• You will not post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is defamatory, abusive, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.

747live reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, game, or service on the Platform at any time without prior notice, subject to our obligation to honour bets already accepted and settled in accordance with applicable game rules.

Deposits: 747live accepts deposits made via approved payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX online banking, direct bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), Visa/Mastercard, and select cryptocurrency options (BTC, ETH, USDT). The minimum deposit amount is RM10. Deposits are generally credited to your Account instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider.

Withdrawals: You may request a withdrawal of your available Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed full KYC verification before any withdrawal will be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible, to prevent money laundering.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30. Amounts below this threshold will not be processed.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements and may not be withdrawn until those requirements are met.
• 747live reserves the right to request additional verification documents prior to processing any withdrawal request at our sole discretion.

Processing Times: The majority of withdrawal requests to Malaysian bank accounts (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) are processed within minutes to a few hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may take longer depending on network congestion. 747live does not accept liability for delays caused by third-party financial institutions or payment processors.

From time to time, 747live may offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, birthday bonuses, refer-a-friend rewards, cashback schemes, and other promotional offers to eligible Users. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated into and form part of this Agreement.

The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the period specified in the applicable promotion. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from your Account Balance.
• Eligible Games: Certain games may be excluded from, or contribute at a reduced rate toward, wagering requirement fulfilment. Game contribution rates are specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Player: Promotional offers are intended for one use per eligible player. Using duplicate accounts, false identities, or other deceptive means to claim additional bonuses constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• 747live Discretion: We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or reclaim any bonus credited in error or in circumstances where fraudulent or abusive behaviour is suspected.

The refer-a-friend programme awards a bonus of MYR 38 per successful qualifying referral. A referral is deemed successful when the referred player registers a new Account, completes KYC verification, and makes a qualifying first deposit meeting the minimum threshold specified in the promotion terms. Both referrer and referee must be eligible, verified players.

All games and betting markets offered on 747live are subject to specific game rules, which are accessible within the respective game or betting interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules.

Sports Betting: 747live offers live and pre-match betting on a range of sports including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, La Liga, UFC, Formula One, and other markets. All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. In the event of a technical error resulting in materially incorrect odds, 747live reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake amount.

Casino Games: All casino games, including slots, live dealer tables, poker, and instant games, operate using independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or certified live dealer streams. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate to the best of our knowledge and derived from independent audits.

Malfunction and Technical Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the integrity of a game round or betting market, 747live reserves the right to void the affected round and refund all stakes. We do not accept liability for losses incurred as a direct result of technical errors attributable to third-party game studio systems.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 747live Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering an Account or wagering if you are under 21 years of age;
• Registering more than one Account, or using another person's Account with or without their consent;
• Using automated tools, bots, artificial intelligence, or scripted programs to interact with games, odds, or the Platform interface;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or live dealer formats;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in a manner that confers an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including structuring deposits or bets solely to fulfil wagering requirements in a low-risk manner inconsistent with genuine play (commonly referred to as "bonus hunting" or "bonus washing");
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Attempting to charge back or reverse any deposit through your bank or payment provider after those funds have been wagered;
• Using VPN, proxy, or other methods to circumvent geographic restrictions.

747live maintains sophisticated fraud detection systems. Accounts found to be engaged in any of the above prohibited activities will be suspended immediately, balances may be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant regulatory authorities. We reserve all legal remedies available to us in connection with such conduct.

747live reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more (Dormant Account Policy);
• At your own request, including pursuant to a self-exclusion request under our Responsible Gambling policy;
• Any regulatory or legal requirement compelling us to do so.

Upon closure of your Account for any reason, any real-money balance (net of applicable bonuses) will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, provided KYC verification is complete and no funds are subject to investigation or dispute.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting 747live support via in-platform live chat. We may require up to five (5) business days to process a voluntary closure and return any outstanding balance.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 747live and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third-party service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your voluntary participation in games or betting markets;
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the Platform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or government actions;
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• The accuracy of information provided by third-party game studios regarding RTP rates, jackpot values, or game rules.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

747live is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all users. We provide the following tools and resources to support responsible play:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period as specified within the tool.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform content solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 747live.

The 747live name, logo, and brand marks are the exclusive property of the Platform operator. You may not use any 747live brand marks or trade names in any manner, including in connection with any product, service, or domain name, without our prior written authorisation.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws under which 747live operates. Any dispute between you and 747live that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts designated by the applicable regulatory framework of the operating jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 747live support in good faith and allow a period of thirty (30) days for the parties to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. This provision does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

These Terms are written in the English language. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
